1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BK8 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the BK8 website, mobile interface, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a BK8 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. BK8 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from online gaming platforms or be subject to any exclus ion order from any relevant authority.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended BK8 account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• Accurate information: You must be able to provide truthful, accurate, and verifiable personal information during registration and verification.

BK8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If a player is found to be ineligible after registration, their account will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

3 Account Registration

When registering a BK8 account, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. This information must match your official identity documents. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player may hold only one BK8 account. If BK8 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BK8 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. BK8 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

BK8 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform. The available methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. BK8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not registered in your name, BK8 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend your account pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the Finance / Wallet section and may vary by payment method.
• Processing time: Most deposits are credited instantly. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside BK8's control.
• Currency: BK8 processes transactions in the currency displayed on the platform for Bangladesh players.
• Fees: BK8 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.

BK8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on BK8 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. BK8 may request identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and applies to all players regardless of withdrawal amount.

Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active rollover requirement will result in the withdrawal being held until the requirement is satisfied.

• Processing time: BK8 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

BK8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all BK8 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or winnings derived from it.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is listed in the promotion details.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

BK8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, BK8 will honour the bonus for players who claimed it in good faith prior to the cancellation notice.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on BK8 — including live casino tables, slots, fishing games, bingo, and game shows — operate according to their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface. By playing any game on BK8, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

BK8 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for digital games and live physical equipment for live dealer games. Game outcomes are not manipulated by BK8. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the game system or live dealer.

• Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, BK8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account.
• Disconnection: BK8 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection on the player's side. Game outcomes that were determined before disconnection stand as final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BK8 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Attempting to launder money or use BK8 for any illegal financial activity
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documents
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BK8 staff or other players
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or BK8's backend systems

9 Account Suspension and Closure

BK8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BK8 support. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, BK8 will process the request promptly and apply any self-exclusion measures you request.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification.

10 Responsible Gaming
